Whose saying it’s a bad time to buy? Not for me & my clients‼️ My buyers came out on top with this one. The seller was already offering $5k in seller paid closing cost (meaning my buyer can keep more cash in their pocket). We also offered $5k less than list price & the seller accepted! Woohoo! 🥳🥳
Don’t buy into the scare tactics of high interest rates or whatever esle they’re selling about the real estate market! It’s a good time to buy!

We love our Teachers! I know personally I’m very thankful for all they do on a daily basis! After one semester of virtual school, I was ready to retire. 😂

6 years ago the house they wanted was 270k now 710k. You don't need to have 20% down! So many programs available
