I’ve been quiet—but not idle.

Some of you may know—when you’ve been given a certain level of influence, you have to be strategic in how you use—and steward—your platform.

I’ve been sitting back, listening, and being still… waiting for a time such as now. Now it’s time for me to step into the position I’ve been placed in.

I give all glory to God. When I look at where He brought me from and where I am today, all I can say is thank You 🙏🏾

The last 3–5 years (out of my 10+ in this business), have truly been a journey.

Around this time last year, I received the Growth Accelerator Award—recognized for 499% year-over-year growth. Most recently, I earned the Gold Award—recognized for just shy of $10M in New Home Sales.

He doesn’t play about me! He is faithful, and His grace is sufficient 🙌🏾 And as far as I’m concerned, 2026 is just getting started!

“He will do EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY, ABOVE ALL that we ask, think or could ever imagine…” (Ephesians 3:20)

Ask yourself—how much more are you actually expecting?

Raise your expectation—and expect more!

If He dresses the lilies, in beauty and splendor—how much more will He clothe you? If He watches over every sparrow—how much more does He love you?

So I’ll ask you again—how much more are you expecting? I’ve decided—I’m expecting everything God said: exceedingly and abundantly more. This season, I expect even more!

Dear God,

As we gather together to celebrate this day, ! want to say thank you. Thank you for allowing me and my loved ones to share this moment and create precious memories with one another.

I am grateful for the ones who are here with us today and for the ones who couldn’t be. I pray that every single person feels an overwhelming sense of joy, peace, and gratitude, no matter what they may be going through.

May Your love overflow in our hearts, and may You provide everything we need so that we lack nothing.
Most importantly, help us remain just as grateful and mindful to thank You everyday, not only on this beautiful day of the year.

Long Post Alert 🚨 10 years ago today, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina!

The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) found that 75% of Realtors® fail within the first year of being in the industry! 87% fail after five years!

I am beyond grateful to be apart of that small number of licensees who make it to year 10! I could not have done this without my amazing clients, partners and loved ones!

To each and every one of you, I say thank you 🥹 There is nothing easy about this business or industry, yet it has truly been a pleasure to serve my clients in what is usually the largest transaction they’ve ever made!
