Sculleries: The historic kitchen layout that is making a comeback!

What is a scullery? It's a smaller secondary kitchen originally from a time when well-to-do homeowners had hired help to do the kitchen work. As such, traditional scullery kitchens were small but highly efficient spaces, frequently tucked away towards the rear of the home. Homeowners are adding sculleries to hide unsightly appliances, add storage, and to create a space for messy kitchen prep work so your kitchen stays clean prior to entertaining.
