This balcony is angled just right for natural light, and a killer view.
The flooring is this material to withstand all your kitchen dance parties.

The counter space is adequate. The appliances respond. You can cook without fighting the space. You can entertain without managing chaos. This is baseline. Vivian's kitchens are built on this baseline and then push further.

Jonathan's story: February tour → Life as resident today.

The difference between seeing something and living it. When Jonathan toured Vivian, he recognized potential. When he moved in, he discovered reality. Our leasing professionals were as kind as they seemed. The concierge actually knows his name. His apartment exceeded expectations, which is rare enough that it matters. But the real shift happened slower. Welcomed. Belonging. Being a true Charlottean born and raised, Jonathan recognized the building as part of the city's evolution. Not separate from Charlotte - part of it. That changes everything.
