Didn’t matter I was in Vermont getting this one under contract. Still was accessible for the multiple offers as if I was in Huntersville. Then worked through the process to get it closed! Congratulations to my seller and the buyers. Everyone was very happy!

In fall 2020, I saw the eye rolls and the laughter at my prediction Charlotte prices would be up +15% in 2021. How silly and underestimated was my prediction? In 4 months, City of Charlotte median sales px up 11.9% since 12/31. Avg sales px up 12.1%. How much is it going to continue over the next 8 months and how wrong will I be? 4/2021 and 12/2020 stats here
