ion transform over the years. I remember when Charlotte still felt like a small town, long before Bank of America helped shape the skyline and the city’s boom began in the 1980s. Once filled with textile mills, farmland, and small communities, the area has grown into a hub for national and international companies—and one of the most desirable places to live in the Southeast. With deep roots in residential construction, land development, and real estate in Union County and the Charlotte region, I bring a practical and experienced perspective to every transaction. Over the years, I’ve been involved in various aspects of land development, gaining firsthand experience with how properties are planned, prepared, and improved for future use. That knowledge helps me assess property potential, navigate zoning issues, and guide my clients through smart long-term decisions. I live just a few miles from where my wife Leah and I were both raised. We met in high school, married, and now have two children who continue our story here. Being part of a multigenerational community is something I value deeply and bring into the relationships I build with my clients. In early 2017, I transitioned full-time into residential real estate after decades in construction and development. I had long collaborated with real estate agents—often from the other side of the table—and that experience gave me a unique understanding of how to negotiate, plan, and advocate for my clients. I also have a trained eye for red flags in properties and always offer honest guidance—even if that means advising a client to walk away. I specialize in working with home buyers relocating to the Charlotte area, as well as local sellers, first-time home buyers, and clients exploring land or new construction. My goal is to make sure every person I work with feels informed, supported, and confident—because real estate is more than a transaction; it’s often the most important financial and lifestyle decision someone will make.
