Congrats to my buyer client on his rare gem of a home purchase! We walked a lot of properties together to finally find the one that checked ALL the boxes important to you, like two primary bedrooms with baths ensuite and one of the widest open kitchen plans I've seen in a production build.

As my client affirmed, now is a great time to buy, if you're ready to buy. Rates will eventually drop for you to refi and you'll have skipped the barrage of buyers who then push prices even higher --- all while living where you want and building equity somewhere you enjoy instead of impatiently waiting for a "someday" that isn't coming...
