Last week, 23rd Group brought our team together at a Charlotte Hornets game to celebrate a year of incredible progress and the people who made it happen.

In a speech to employees, co-founder Gregg Ross shared that the company achieved 29% growth—a result driven entirely by the dedication, talent, and teamwork of all our employees. With strong momentum heading into 2026, the night also included recognizing top performers, reminding us that success starts with our people.
