So proud to announce that I have received the honor of my ALC designation through the REALTORS® Realtors Land Institute. It's been an honor to learn so much alongside so many knowledgable brokers. We're excited to announce the latest addition to The Moody Group - Tripp Caldwell. Tripp's career began as an Operational Risk Associate in financial services consulting, and he recently served as a Lead Operational Risk Officer in financial risk reporting at a multinational bank. As a broker, Tripp will work with retailers on expansion plans in the Charlotte MSA and Carolinas. He will also work with landlords and developers on site identification and leasing projects. This day, 18 years ago, I became a licensed real estate broker! My Luke and Lindsey were almost 3. We had a sweet home in Waxhaw and I took the leap to follow my beautiful and wildly successful sister, Lisa Hofe, down the path of real Moody Group Commercial Real Estate though we both practice in different fields. I was super nervous and yet full of energy and excitement to begin this journey! What a journey it has been! I'm very grateful to be here still and to celebrate this on National Woman's Day no less! your instincts, your Dreams!
