Pioneer Communities (βPioneerβ) is seeking a full-time Community Manager to become a part of our manufactured housing community. We are seeking a team-player to manger 77 spaces in High Point, NC! In addition to your salary (depending on experience), this position includes free on-site housing, bonuses, leasing commissions, occupancy commissions, paid vacations and time off. Our Community Managers will be responsible, under the direction of our Regional Manager, for all aspects of the manufactured housing community. You will be responsible for managing a community and the team members that support it. We are looking for a self-starter who is a team-player, entrepreneurial, highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This candidate MUST BE WILLING TO LIVE ON-SITE.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee and coordinate all real estate lease and sale transactions
β’ Attract and educate new prospective residents
β’ Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
β’ Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
β’ Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
β’ Help lease and/or sell homes within the property
β’ Supervise property staff & maintenance team
β’ Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
β’ Conduct community inspections and other physical work required
β’ Build rapport with tenants and resolve concerns promptly

Qualifications:
β’ Previous experience as a Community Manager (2+ years)
β’ Ideal candidate has previous Manufactured Housing experience
β’ Strong leadership skills, able to quickly diagnose concerns and make prompt decisions
β’ Ability to manage vendors and supervise employees
β’ MUST live on-site
β’ Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel/Word/Outlook), Google, and Zoom
β’ Dependable & reliable
β’ Rent Manager Software, North Carolina housing laws β PLUS!
β’ Available after hours to timely address park related emergencies
