Why Real Estate Prices are so high and lines of buyers stand outside new listings for showings.

During the last 7 days (11/17/2020-11/10/2020) there were 954 New Listings on the market, while during the same time period 1589 Homes Sold in addition to 1695 homes that came under contract .

Statistically
136 homes came on the market daily
229 homes closed daily and another
242 went under contract daily
For every home that comes on the market
3.5 homes come off the market (SOLD OR UNDER CONTRACT)
The majority of them are Cash Sales either at LIST Price or up to 35% above List Price. And keep in mind that these homes are all expected to appreciate at least another 20%+(year-over-year). It certainly looks like Supply remains low, Demand remains high.
