An Appreciation Letter to our Wonderful Residents:

We wanted to take a moment to say a big THANK YOU to everyone! 💚

Our team has been super happy with the progress we’ve seen throughout the community. During our daily walks, we’ve noticed significantly less pet waste being left behind, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been doing their part by cleaning up after their furry family members. 🐶🐾

Please keep up the great work! Remember to always bring your pet waste bags with you and pick up after your pets. When we all do our part, it makes a huge difference in keeping Tapestry Beard Road clean, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone who calls our community home. ✨

🏡💛 A Little Kindness Goes a Long Way at Tapestry Beard Road! 🍪✨

One of the sweetest moments happened recently during our daily walks throughout the community! As we were checking on our buildings, we noticed that the entrance to one of our apartments could use a little TLC. 🧹

We reached out to our Resident to see if they could take care of it, and they explained that they hadn’t been able to get a vacuum yet and would also be out of town for the next two weeks. No problem! We let them know we were more than happy to take care of it for them. 💪🧼

Our Resident jokingly told us they “owed us one,” but we didn’t think much of it… UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! 😂🍪

Suddenly, an Insomnia Cookies DoorDash delivery arrived at the office! 😍🍪🎉

We were SO grateful for the incredibly sweet surprise! While it absolutely wasn’t necessary, our Resident wanted to find a little way to say “thank you,” and it truly made everyone’s day. 🥹💛

It was such a wonderful reminder that at the end of the day, we’re more than just people who share the same community—we’re neighbors. 🏡✨ We’re all here to look out for one another, lend a helping hand when we can, and create a place where everyone can live happily alongside their neighbors.

A little kindness, a clean hallway, and a box of cookies later… and everyone was smiling! 🍪😊

Thank you to our amazing Resident for the thoughtful gesture! We’re so lucky to have moments like this at Tapestry Beard Road. 💛

Yes, some days can be tiring… but every tour reminds us why we love what we do. 🏡✨

We love opening our doors, meeting new people, hearing your stories, and helping you find a place you can truly call home. 🤍

And yes… we may hide when you ask, “Can I take a video?” 😂📸

It’s not that we don’t want to be in the video… we just want you to have the spotlight! 😂 But if you want us to make a cameo, we’re always happy to join! 😉

Because a tour isn’t just about showing an apartment — it’s about sharing good energy, having a little fun, and creating a great experience from start to finish. 🫶🏼

So bring your smile, your questions, and your good vibes… we’ll take care of the rest! 🏡💫

Meet the Team: JC Palermo ✨

A hardworking Colombian-American who brings dedication, creativity, and plenty of personality to the team! 💪🏽✨ JC has been in the Leasing industry for over 5 years, getting lucky enough to score his first job in the leasing office at his apartment community shortly after COVID. Since then, he’s worked his way through the industry as both a Leasing Consultant and Leasing Manager, and he’s got his sights set on becoming an Assistant Manager one day! 🚀

With a background in Graphic Design 🎨💻, JC would also love the opportunity to work with a Marketing Team and combine his creative skills with his experience in the apartment industry.

When he’s not working, you can usually find JC playing Pokémon GO 📱⚡, watching movies in his home theater 🎬🍿, or adding to his Funko Pop collection with his fiancé. 🧸❤️

JC is especially excited for October, when he’ll be getting married and starting an exciting new chapter of his life! 💍🥂❤️

And what’s next after that? Travel, travel, and more travel! ✈️🌎 JC hopes to explore as many countries as possible and experience everything the world has to offer. 🌍✨

We’re excited to have JC on the team and can’t wait to see where his journey takes him! Say hello to JC! 👋🏽💙

✨ Meet The Team ✨

Meet Cinthia, our Leasing Manager ❤️

Proudly Ecuadorian, Cinthia moved to the United States five years ago with dreams, determination, and a heart full of hope. One year later, she began her journey in the leasing industry. Since then, she has grown from Leasing Agent to Assistant Manager, and now Leasing Manager.

For Cinthia, leasing is about so much more than finding someone an apartment. It’s about people, connection, and service. It’s about listening, understanding, and helping someone find a place they can truly call home. She brings genuine care, dedication, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. One of her proudest accomplishments was reaching 28 leases in one month—a reflection of her commitment, determination, and love for her work 🏡❤️

Cinthia loves stepping outside her comfort zone and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and continue moving forward in her career. She knows there is always more to learn, and she embraces every challenge as an opportunity to become better.

She is also incredibly grateful for her amazing team, knowing that great accomplishments are even more meaningful when they are shared with great people. ❤️

Outside of work, Cinthia loves cooking, decorating, styling outfits, discovering new restaurants, and traveling with her husband. ✈️🍽️✨

When you’re stressed out at work but then you remember who you do it for 🥹🫶

Andy’s hourly box score isn’t going to check itself.

And help us if Thursday rolls around with no leases on the board…

“Quiet week?”

Absolutely not, sir. We’re leasing. 🫡😂
