FHA or Conventional — which one actually saves you more money? 💰

FHA = lower credit requirements, 3.5% down, but mortgage insurance for life of the loan.

Conventional = stronger credit needed, but mortgage insurance drops off once you hit 20% equity.

Neither is wrong. It just depends on where you are right now.

A lot of my buyers start with FHA, build equity, then refinance. It’s a strategy. 🧠
