📊 April Market Snapshot is in! 🏡
The Greater Charlottesville real estate market experienced a major spring surge, with home sales jumping 15.9% across the region and pending sales climbing 16.5% compared to last year! 🏠📈

Inventory also steadily grew, with 18.6% more active listings on the market—giving spring buyers a much wider selection of homes to choose from. At the same time, the median sales price dipped slightly by 3.6% to $458,100, shifting the dynamics for the busy season ahead.
