1st Street Bungalow is live!!

Thank you Sydney Robertson Charlottesville, VA REALTOR® for nabbing this off-market cutie for our Carriage House client. Emily waved her magic wand and gave it a *very large* glow-up: full bathroom gut, new outdoor space with hot tub and custom swing, new paint, and full interior design 👏🏻

If you're looking for your next Charlottesville short-term rental, put 1st Street Bungalow on your list 🗝

We onboarded Riverbluff Nest a couple of weeks ago and she has been booked ever since! This new construction addition is a part of a residential home in Charlottesville overlooking the Rivanna River. It features full privacy with a separate driveway and entry, private back porch, and two king bedrooms. We're also pup friendly 🐾 Our calendar is filling up, but we do have graduation availability!
