Here's what actually happens when you fill out a form on a listing. Your contact info gets sent to multiple competing agents in your ZIP code, at the same time. They paid Zillow for access to that area , some pay $800–$2,500 sometimes more.... per lead just to be the first to call you.
You didn't choose them. They have no idea who you are, why you're moving, or what you actually need. They just paid for the chance to reach you first.
You have the right to choose who you work with.
