Patience, organizational skills, flexibility, and empathy come from raising three children. When not practicing real estate, you can find Josh enjoying the bounty of year round outdoor activities available in Virginia. During and after UVA he worked as an instructor and guide teaching people how to rock climb, mountain bike, and kayak whitewater rivers in Virginia.
