In the Spring 2006 we purchased our first house in Fifeville in order to satisfy our desire to learn about home renovation. That project took us three years to "finish" and we gained significant insight into all of the systems that make up a house. In the Fall of 2010 our continuous curiosity drove us to purchase another house in need of a major dose of capital and labor. Through the renovation of
these first two houses a passion for both renovating and renting historic houses was born. Today, 6th & Dice manages 16 apartments scattered around throughout the Fifeville, 10th & Page and Rosehill neighborhoods. The majority of our apartments are 1 or 2 bedroom units which have been carefully renovated to provide efficient and comfortable living experiences within walking distance of UVA & Downtown. Our properties are affordable at a range of price-points and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional and responsive property management to all our tenants.
