🍑✨ Sweet peaches, creamy burrata, crispy bread, and a drizzle of honey and balsamic.... this might just be the perfect end-of-summer appetizer. It's easy to make, beautiful to serve, and guaranteed to disappear fast!
Ingredients:
• 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
• 2 ripe peaches, sliced
• 8 oz burrata cheese
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
• Fresh basil, thinly sliced
• Flaky sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2) Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
3) Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
4) Let the crostini cool slightly, then top each slice with burrata and fresh peaches.
5) Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
6) Finish with basil, flaky sea salt, and black pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Pro tip: If your peaches aren't super sweet, grill them for 1–2 minutes per side to bring out even more flavor. 🍯
