Last week The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) Public Affairs Committee hosted the 2026 Property Rights Luncheon, bringing together leaders from across the Commonwealth for an insightful discussion on zoning and its impact on housing affordability. Industry leaders shared firsthand experiences drafting, advocating for, and implementing zoning code changes, and William Park, President of Park Properties Management Company, provided expert perspective on the challenges and opportunities shaping our communities.
