Stasia Rice - Making it 'HOME' REALTOR in the Cville area & co-owner of Make it Home Staging & Design. Together let's make it HOME! Like many people, my HOME is a place of joy and comfort.

I LOVE all things house and home and I feel that our environments are important in our lives. It’s not just any' house'. It’s the place I spend the most important times of my day with the most important people in my life. For me, real estate is a way to share this passion with others in a productive way. I am grateful for the opportunity to help you find that special place to call home or help others see why your home is where their next joyful memories should be made. Most homes are "perfectly imperfect" - and I think that's half the fun of making them our "HOME" - finding ways to tweak a home to make it yours! This might be to the home you are in, or the home you want to buy, but I hope to share ideas here for for us all to do this in a way that is creative, DIY friendly, and a smart investment. I will also share awesome listings and market information along the way. As always - I'd be honored to help you buy or sell a home - contact me here or at [email protected] anytime to chat!
