Hi!!
I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself.
I’ve proudly lived in Charlottesville and Palmyra for over 20 years. My three children are growing up here, attended Covenant to VIA and this community truly means so much to me.
I’m honored to serve homeowners through KRS Holdings, a company that has been in business for over 20 years with one focus only: property management. Unlike many companies that buy and sell real estate alongside management, this is all we do — and we do it intentionally.
KRS was founded by a homeowner who was frustrated by the lack of communication, transparency, and personal connection in the property management industry. Out of that frustration came a mission. As the saying goes, “Pain can fuel your passion.” That belief is woven into how we serve both owners and tenants today — with consistent communication, clear reporting, and genuine care.
Personally, I have been a homeowner, a landlord, and a renter. I understand the emotional connection to a home, the worries and responsibilities of being a landlord, and the importance of being a respected, responsible tenant. That perspective drives my commitment to protect your investment while creating homes where others can thrive.
