In observance of Juneteenth, The Carver leasing office will be closed on Friday, June 19th.

Normal business hours will resume on Saturday, June 20th.

If you experience a maintenance emergency during this time, please call the office at 952-333-3200 and follow the prompts to reach our on-call maintenance team.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. We are grateful for their courage, dedication, and service. Today and always, we remember them.

Who’s ready for pool season? ☀️
Longer days, warm sunshine, and time to unwind by the water.. It’s all right around the corner.

Effective immediately, The Carver will be implementing a few very necessary changes to improve daily life in the building:

• The elevators will now run on a “vibes-based” system. If the energy is off, they may skip your floor
• The coffee machine has been upgraded to include a new option: “surprise me” (we also don’t know what it will do)
• All residents are now required to say “thank you Carver” when entering the building for optimal door performance
• The fitness center will now detect when you’ve been sitting on a machine scrolling your phone and politely remind you to lock in

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we roll out these important updates.
