Hey! It’s me!

Meet our associate, Julia Maker. Julia was born and raised on Cape Cod, graduating from Chatham High School in 2008. She earned her associate’s degree in business from Cape Cod Community College in 2010 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2011. After spending 10 years in the rental department at John C. Ricotta and Associates, she transitioned to sales in 2019 to better balance her career with her growing family. Julia is eager to assist with all your real estate needs, whether you're buying a home, investing, or selling. When she's not working, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs in Harwich, often found at the beach or out on the boat.
