After nearly two years of advocacy and collaboration, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has officially cleared Congress and is now headed to President Trump for signature.

This landmark legislation is being hailed as the most significant federal housing package in nearly two decades and includes measures aimed at:

✅ Encouraging community development

The June 2026 Luxury Market Report reveals a surprising trend: luxury home sales are rising even as inventory continues to decline.

📈 Luxury single-family home sales increased 10.3% year-over-year in May.

🚨 Big News for Housing! 🚨

After months of delays and false starts, the House and Senate have reached agreement on a landmark housing deregulation bill and are moving it forward.

The Senate passed an initial procedural vote on the final version of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act by an overwhelming 87-8 vote, following the House's strong bipartisan approval of 396-13.

This is a tremendous win for housing and a testament to the advocacy efforts of the National Association of REALTORS® team, which has supported this legislation every step of the way.
