JUST SOLD! 🏡☀️

I’m so happy for my clients on finding their Chatham home! After years of spending summers on the Cape and being loyal Chatham visitors, they are now officially homeowners in a town that means so much to them. They weathered a competitive spring market, explored many beautiful homes, and stayed patient waiting for the right fit. And when we walked into this one… they just knew.

I know they, along with their children, will make wonderful memories in their beautiful new home for many years to come, and I’m so grateful to have been part of the journey.

So excited to share this one… 🏡✨

I had the absolute pleasure of helping my friends Cailynn and Cam, along with their two boys Logan and Micah, find their very first home- and they officially now own a piece of Cape Cod!

From start to finish, the entire process was such a joy to navigate together. Being able to guide close friends through such an important milestone made it that much more meaningful.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people you care about so genuinely happy , and watching a family’s dream become a reality right in front of you.
