This is the final grade to this property. Re-graded and clean up most of loose sticks and rocks. Shot grade for water to Drain well, power rake the entire yard. Spread mulch and gravel around the shop, bout 200 lbs of seed and 30 bails of straw. Less than 2 days to do this job with super good help.. had a real good experience on this job. I gave my helper the job task for the day and he knocked it out in three hours. At 58 years old with some physical conditions , and he stayed off of his phone and got this job done ..he’ll run circles around younger ones these days.. he ran out of something to do on the first that day.. He w**d eated the fence all the around and picked up all the stick and rocks and some other things and got it done quickly.. and looking for something else to do.. awesome experience..im giving big shout big shout out to him. Now the owner has a power pole put in.. now he has power.. tks off to the next one
