Check this one out!! 155,000 is the listing price.....for waterfront property!!! Sure, it needs a lot of work, but what an investment! If you had a budget of around 200,000, why not get this one for cheap and use the remaining money to fix up the house? I don't find deals like this one often. Try to imagine the increase in equity of this home after a good remodel. This house has been on the market for less than two weeks, call me asap!

Usually I would add this one to my tiny home Tuesday montage, but considering all the work done to it I think we can make an exception. 1,052 square feet with a listing price of $162,900!!! SOOOOO CHEAP for what it is. Boasting beautiful front and back yards, with mature trees to picnic under and a huge back patio to enjoy the summer sun or spring breeze.
