This weekends project. Working from home in a studio apartment, space can be everything. I'm going attempt to build a Murphy desk, when closed it'll look like a painting on the wall. Instead of a painting I'm going to get our wedding photo printed onto a canvas. Cant wait for this one.

Scandinavian mixed with mid century modern is by far my top two favorite. Next chance I get I want to create a "Faux" cement accent wall, fireplace, entry way etc. I find it goes hand hand with many design styles to give a room some texture.

Best part you don't even need to use actual cement to get that look. You can get that look with All Purpose Compondthen add cement coloring to get the color you prefer.

You can make it all one color or mix 3 separate colors of one light, one medium and one dark. Start with the dark first on the wall to cover about 75% of the wall, doesn't have to be perfect. Fill in with the medium then the light last. Try to give it that cement texture when applying it. Comment if you have any questions.

Check out how to create your own custom built multi panel mirror as an accent wall. I would recommend placing the panel at your front entry way or somewhere in a living room. You can find the mirrors on amazon just copy and paste: "BBTO 20 Pieces Mirror Sheets Self Adhesive Non Glass Mirror Tiles Wall Sticky Mirror" Then you can find your wood at your favorite home improvement stores. Great Scotts has a great video on how to do it your self.
