"Land is your Legacy" - I recently had the absolute privilege of sharing a cup of coffee with Amy Collett - Southern Land Lady, Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty! What an amazing conversation we had!
Prior to real estate, Amy had a home care business providing respite care to those older individuals who needed some help at home. She describes herself as an old soul herself, and has a tremendous respect for her heritage.
"I grew up on a farm and have great memories of working the land." It's no wonder when she decided to get into real estate, she found her niche' in selling land and farms. Now she is known simply as The Southern Land Lady.
"Many people don't fully understand the value of land ... not just financially, but the legacy it is for families to leave for future generations."
Amy quickly points out, however, that she loves helping clients find any kind of home, not just farm land. She genuinely has a love for people and it shows. We can't wait to share more details of her story in an upcoming edition of Chattanooga Real Producers Magazine.
