This one definitely deserves a closing post because whew… it was a process. 😂

This transaction was anything but simple. But we stayed on top of it, worked through every issue, and finally made it to the closing table!

So thankful for Brian trusting me through every step of this one and being patient through all the craziness. Transactions like this are such a good reminder that real estate is rarely just putting a sign in the yard and showing up to closing. Sometimes it takes a whole lot of problem solving, phone calls, paperwork, follow up, and persistence behind the scenes to get everyone to the finish line.

Even better, this isn’t our last deal together. We’ve got two more coming up, and I’m so thankful for the continued trust.
