September is already panning out to be as busy as can be. We threw in everything we could find into one spot, as we do every month. Save this post for a running reference for all events Chattanooga. 🍀

A couple things worth calling out specifically :
🌸Flat Top Mountain Farms U-Pick opening weekend is something you don’t want to miss, especially if this is the only weekend you have open to visit.
🎟️Anything that is ticketed or by reservation we recommend getting now. Just because it is the beginnings of fall doesn’t mean the city is slowing down by any means.
📍Our monthly coffee and contracts event is still available for anyone who has burning real estate questions. Join us for yummy coffee and informational conversation.

Lastly, we had to include something for the legend… Dolly Parton. We still can’t believe we lost such a beautiful soul in August, but her memory lived on through all of us. Places like Stone Cup, the Chattanooga Library, and AMC are doing special events just in remembrance of her. If you know of any other specific events in celebration of Dolly Parton, leave them in the comments below 🦋

Living in Chattanooga is like living at the corner of everywhere, hence our new series name! 🌄

Since moving to Chattanooga, we love getting to experience how accessible the entire Southeast is from Chattanooga. It’s actually one of our favorite things to share with others also choosing to relocate.

This video we visited Nashville and Sparta 📍

After just a two hour road trip we got to go to the Cheekwood estate and botanical garden, a sold out concert, and kayaked to Burgess Falls.

Here are some tips if you decide to make this trip yourself:
🚂The America the Beautiful train exhibit is open until September 6th, 2026. There is a little less than a month left before this exhibit closes, so don’t miss it!
🌹If you want to see where the inspiration for the floral gowns came from watch The Gilded Age on HBO.
🏑The Bridgestone Arena is typically used for hockey games or concerts. Follow their socials or visit their website to stay informed on their upcoming events.
🏞️Keep an eye on the weather if you decide to kayak to Burgess Falls. Some tour guides will cancel depending on weather conditions.
