We don’t cut corners and we don’t look at defects with the “well that should work” mentality of the tradesman. If we put it in our report, we can defend it against anyone. Each house is unique and inspecting each system is also unique. We don’t use “staple” generic comments from a box. We write up our reports specific to your property.
