It’s been a busy week with 3 properties under contract! One of which is a personal investment property I have with my good friend Hayden!
If there is one thing I’ve learned in my 5 1/2 years as a Realtor, it’s that nothing goes exactly as planned. And when things to go perfectly, count your blessings! But it’s important to keep your head up regardless. Just as the Bible says in James 1:2- Count it all joy when you meet trials of various kinds!

I absolutely love the adventure of being in real estate. From the incredible properties I get to tour, to the relationships that have grown, to the challenges that I’ve faced head on and have come out stronger and wiser. It’s not for the faint of heart, but I wouldn’t trade these years for anything. I look forward to what the future holds.

It’s been a busy couple of days!

Closed on a new construction home with some great out of town buyers! It means the world to me when friends, family, and business partners refer clients to work with me. I truly hope all of my clients feel like they have a 5 star experience.

Also, today I checked in on a new construction build that some clients are having built in the coolest neo-traditional neighborhood in Hixson. It’s a joy to see the progress happening and gain further eduction about the intricate building process from the builders themselves.

Check out the progress of one of my investors commercial remodel! Excited to see it finished.

Did you know Chattanooga has it’s very own consumer credit counseling organization? This organization offers community workshops on topics from financial education, budgeting 101, identify theft, to foreclosure prevention. They even have a first home club for first time buyers! Whether you’ve owned several homes or you’re looking for helpful information on buying for the first time, knowledge is power and this is a great community resource in case you need it.
