CLOSING DAY!

This one was a lot of fun! Mrs. Donna took the unconventional route and hired two agents, me to help her purchase her new home, and Lisa Kimsey to sell her current home of 35 years. Even better, she was able to make both her purchase and her sale off market! Not only does she get a new home that works better for her needs, but she also gets to pass on her current home to a new family to enjoy. Closing time!

One of my favorite parts of working in real estate is this: every real estate deal is unique. Sam came to me for help selling a parsonage for Whitwell Church of Christ. It was a property the church had owned for many year, and they had recently made a lot of upgrades and renovations to the home. Another happy closing day!

I've known Joe and Kim for several years after befriending their three sons in college, and they are such sweet and kind people. They raised their family near Nashville on land purchased from family for $1. Now, two of their sons, two daughters in law, and 10 grandchildren live in Chattanooga, and Joe and Kim wanted to be part of raising the next generation as well. They found a perfect home here with plenty of room for their growing family and more to spare!

My favorite thing about this career is the time freedom I have to spend with the ones I love most!

Don't get me wrong, the creative problem solving and relationship building aspects of this job are my bread and butter.

But what good is doing all this work if I never get to see the ones I'm doing all this work for?

Every second I spend working just drives me closer to spending more time with them.
