🔹Under Contract🔹

What a journey this one has been!

This young man made the decision to leave Nashville behind and start a new chapter in the greater Chattanooga area. We began our search in Tennessee, explored several options, and eventually expanded our search into North Georgia to make sure we found the perfect fit.

Along the way, we found a home that checked a lot of boxes and got it under contract. Unfortunately, after inspections revealed issues that just didn’t make sense to move forward with, we made the difficult decision to walk away. While that can be frustrating in the moment, protecting my clients is always the priority.

The good news? It led us to an even better opportunity.

Not long after, we found another home that we absolutely loved. During inspections, a major repair issue surfaced that required some serious negotiation. After plenty of conversations, strategy, and persistence, we were able to reach an agreement that worked for everyone and keep this deal moving forward.

Now we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT, and I couldn’t be more excited for him as he prepares to put down roots and begin this next chapter of life in the Chattanooga area. Sometimes the first house isn’t the right house, but if you stay patient and trust the process, the right one eventually comes along.

This closing is a special one for me.

A while back, these incredible clients trusted me to help them purchase a home. When the time came to sell another property and continue moving toward their long-term goals, they trusted me again to guide them through that process as well.

Some home purchases just feel meant to be.

From the very beginning, my buyer led this journey with faith, trusting that when the right home came along, he would know it. The moment we walked through the front door, he noticed a painting of Jesus and the 12 Disciples hanging on the wall. In that instant, what had already felt right became undeniable—this was the home.

Not only were we able to get the property under asking price, but we were also able to make sure that special painting stayed with the home. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a house feel exactly where you’re supposed to be.

I’m incredibly excited for them as they begin this new chapter in such a beautiful home. Thankful to have been part of the journey and honored to help another family find the place they’re meant to call home.

What a month May was!

Without a doubt, it was one of the busiest months I’ve ever had in real estate. There were plenty of early mornings, long days, and even longer nights, but every bit of it was worth it because we were able to help 8 different families take the next step in their journey.
Whether it was first-time homebuyers, families upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or chasing a dream they’ve had for years, it was an honor to be part of each story. Seeing the excitement on closing day never gets old.

I’m incredibly thankful for every client who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I’m grateful for the referrals, the phone calls, the support, and the opportunity to serve so many amazing people.
Most importantly, I want to give God the glory for the blessings, the opportunities, and the strength to keep showing up every day. This business can be demanding, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Helping people achieve their goals and start new chapters is a privilege I never take for granted.

This one was definitely a first for me!

My clients knew they had found the perfect piece of land the moment they saw it. They were so confident that everything was going to work out that they actually started clearing the property before we even made it to the closing table—and neither the sellers nor I knew about it! 😂

In all my years in real estate, I’ve never had a client so excited and certain about a property that they started preparing to build before officially owning it. Fortunately, everything came together exactly as planned, and we successfully closed just two days later.

Now they’re officially the owners and one step closer to building the amazing home they’ve been dreaming about. It’s always exciting to help clients find the right property, but seeing this level of enthusiasm and confidence made this transaction especially memorable.

🔹UNDER CONTRACT🔹

Sometimes the perfect home search takes an unexpected turn.

My buyers and I were touring what we thought was the one. The floor plan checked all the boxes, the finishes were beautiful, and we could already picture them making it their own. Then, right in the middle of our showing, we got the news that an offer had just been accepted on the home.

Needless to say, we were disappointed.

But that’s where relationships and quick action make all the difference. The listing agent let us know that an almost identical floor plan was currently being built just down the road. We wasted no time, went to see the opportunity, put together a strong offer, and moved quickly to secure it before anyone else could.

Now we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT on a home that gives my buyers everything they loved about the original property—and maybe even a little more.

I’m incredibly excited for them and can’t wait to guide them through the rest of the process and all the way to the closing table. Helping clients navigate challenges, find solutions, and ultimately achieve their goals is what this business is all about.

A little over one year ago, I made the move to Zach Taylor Real Estate, and looking back now, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

In that one year, I’ve been blessed to close 53 homes — averaging right at 1 home every single week — and $16.3 million in volume total. It’s been a year full of hard work, growth, lessons, relationships, and so many unforgettable moments.

None of this happens alone. Huge shoutout to my amazing managing broker, Emily Berryman, for always taking care of me and being such a strong leader and support system. I’m also incredibly thankful for my great partner Grace Frank and our awesome administrative team who help keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes every single day.

And of course, a massive thank you to my incredible TC, Megan McClain, who works tirelessly to help make every transaction come together the right way.
