⚠️ ATTENTION: LANDLORDS WITH RENTALS IN GEORGIA ⚠️
If you live in Tennessee (or any other state outside of Georgia) but you own rental property in Georgia—even just a few miles across the state line—this is IMPORTANT. This applies to single-family homes and duplexes (for now…).
A new Georgia law (effective July 1, 2025) now requires:
👉 Out-of-state landlords must have a Georgia-based representative👉 Not just a mailing address—someone who can actively respond to tenants and coordinate issues
📜 Read the law here: https://www.legis.ga.gov/legislation/67314
Most landlords have no idea this changed.
And here’s the risk 👇❗ You may not be able to file an eviction❗ You could lose legal standing in court❗ You could face serious compliance issues
We built a simple solution:
✅ Georgia Compliance & Oversight Service
✔ We act as your in-state representative✔ We receive and respond to tenant requests✔ We coordinate communication and track resolution✔ We collect rent and send it directly to you
👉 You keep control of your property👉 We keep you compliant
💰 Starting at $95/month per property🔧 $75 one-time setup fee
If you own single-family or duplex property in GA and live in any other state, this applies to you—even if it’s only 2–8 miles away.
Schedule a call or Zoom meeting with us right away, so we can expedite getting you legal ASAP.
