❤️1st I have to thank God for ALL of the blessings I've received this year! EVERYTHING I spoke into existence....EVERYTHING I asked God for this year, I RECEIVED ❣️❣️❣️and I do mean EVERYTHING ❣️
❤️ One-Year Transformation Update ❤️
A year ago, I was out eating at my favorite restaurant, The Boathouse, with my girls, Tgenese Jackson and Kesha Keese. I mentioned how badly I needed a trainer and how stuck I felt in my weight-loss/health journey. Tgenese Jackson looked at me and said, “Reach out to Wyndi…she's gonna get you right together" ❤️💪🏾🍍🍉🫐
That conversation changed my life....

I met Coach T in November 2024 at Starbuck, and not long after, I started training with her. When I started, I was struggling more than most people knew. I could barely stand upright. Walking short distances felt impossible. My body hurt constantly, and I was dealing with so much—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But I showed up anyway .m. 🔥
Even on the days I felt broken.
Even when the progress was slow
Even when I wanted to quit.
And here I am, ONE YEAR later…
💪🏾 Down 48 pounds
💪🏾 Now at 172.2 lbs
💪🏾Back...BACKIN ❣️
💪🏾 Standing taller, walking further, breathing easier, and feeling stronger than I have in a long time.
This journey has been more than weight loss—it's been healing, rebuilding, and proving to myself that I can do hard things. I’m proud of myself, grateful for the support, and beyond thankful for Wyndi Love pushing me past my limits and believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself.
To anyone who’s struggling or thinking about starting: start anyway ❣️ Show up anyway ❣️ Your future self will thank you!
