August’s Chattanooga market numbers are in! 🏡

We’re seeing more homes hit the market (🎉), with 4,099 active listings which is up 21.3% from last month. That means a little more selection for buyers and a little more competition for sellers!

At the same time, the median sales price rose to $360,000, up 2.9%, while homes spent an average of 48 days on the market, down 2%.

More inventory, steady prices, and homes still moving , an interesting mix as we head toward the end of summer!
