Excited to share that SVN advisors John Markley and Hunter Myers represented the seller in this land transaction for the future Parkridge Cleveland ER site in Cleveland, Tennessee. 📍

The site recently received approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to move forward with construction of a new freestanding emergency room that will expand access to 24/7 emergency care for Bradley and Polk County residents.

John and Hunter successfully helped their client achieve the full asking price in this transaction.
