But what people don’t see are the early mornings, the hard conversations, the coaching, the problem-solving, the belief, and the thousands of small decisions made day after day to build something that actually matters.

These Keller Williams Southeast Region awards represent that kind of work for us. And while Robert and I are honored to accept them, the truth is they are the result of something much bigger than the two of us.

A huge part of this story is the leadership of Hope Brazzell (). Her vision, standards, and commitment to building a culture where agents can grow, lead, and succeed have shaped so much of what happens inside our market center.
