If you have kids, you already know… somehow things happen around the house and amazingly enough no one knows anything about it 😩

Well with twin boys, I’ve had my fair share of those moments. Including the other day when one of them actually came through the ceiling from the attic.

Needless to say, we’ve needed a repair person or two over the years 😂😂

But one of the perks of being in real estate for so long is that I’ve built a pretty extensive list of local vendors and contractors I know and trust.

So whether you need a plumber, electrician, HVAC company, handyman, roofer, or someone to repair the ceiling after your child falls through it… please don’t hesitate to reach out 🤪
