Calling all Chattanooga street artists! Erlanger is looking to change the exterior environment outside the Children’s Hospital patient rooms (it's the bottom wall on the right with the vents). Kids spend hours in their rooms and the dull brick is all they have to look at. Really depressing if you ask me.
