Highland Park continues to be one of Chattanooga's most desirable neighborhoods, offering historic homes, local coffee shops, parks, and easy access to downtown, UTC, and Erlanger.

With only 15 homes currently on the market, inventory remains extremely limited, keeping Highland Park firmly in a seller's market. However, buyers are beginning to see slightly more negotiating power than they did during the peak frenzy of the market. While well-priced homes are still moving quickly, buyers may find opportunities to negotiate repairs, closing costs, or other terms on select properties.
