🔑 It’s Closing Day! 🎉
Sometimes closing day looks a little different.
My sellers signed early because of timing and location, so they couldn’t be here today. But that doesn’t mean they have to navigate closing day alone. ❤️
So here I am—with the keys in hand—dropping them off and staying close by to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Sometimes you’ll sign at the closing table with everyone there. Sometimes a notary comes to you. And sometimes, like today, you sign ahead of time and your agent shows up with the keys.
There’s no one-size-fits-all way to get to the closing table, and that’s okay.
My job isn’t just to put a sign in the yard, negotiate a contract, or hand you a stack of paperwork. It’s to be there, answer the questions, handle the details, and provide support from the first conversation all the way to the finish line.
Sometimes being your agent simply means showing up. 🏡❤️
