π‘ Whatβs Happening in the Chattanooga Housing Market?
The local market is giving buyers more choices and a little more breathing room. More homes are coming on the market, pending sales are picking up, and inventory is growing. That means buyers may have more options and less pressure to make a decision immediately.
For sellers, homes are generally taking a bit longer to sell, but prices are still moving upward, with the median sales price now at $350,000.
Nationally, home sales have slowed slightly, but demand remains steady and home prices continue to hold up.
The takeaway: The Chattanooga market is active, but itβs becoming more balanced β giving buyers more choices while sellers still benefit from continued demand.
