Did you know Wauhatchie Woodlands used to be a mobile home park?

Nicole’s dad owned and operated the Lookout Mountain Mobile Home Park. In 2010, Nicole and Frank moved near the property into what they call “The May House.”

Through trials, hardship, and redemption, they eventually purchased the park and began transforming it into the tiny cabin resort we know today—creating a place for families to get away, spend time together, and enjoy the outdoors.

And that’s leaving out A LOT of details…
