It is so easy to walk in and get distracted by the cute staging or the fresh paint (I get it, I do it too!). But while you’re looking at the finishes, I’m looking at... everything else.

Some of these things are easy to spot, but a lot of them just take a trained eye after walking through hundreds of homes.

Big congratulations to Kayla & Jonathan on the sale of their home in Ooltewah 🎉

Big congratulations to my guy Seth on the purchase of his first home 🎉

Seth is a fine young man, a veteran, and was able to use his VA loan to make homeownership a reality at a young age. That’s a big deal.

Seth was referred to me by a past client who knew I’d be able to take care of him, even when he had no clue what he was doing starting out. That kind of trust means a lot, and it’s exactly why I do what I do.

We looked at quite a few homes and thought we had “the one” a couple different times, but for one reason or another, it just didn’t work out. Looking back now, it’s pretty clear why… the house with the land he really wanted hadn’t even hit the market yet.
