The North Jefferson Improvement Association’s Vacant Rental Program (VRP) offers grants of up to $75,000 per unit to assist eligible property owners with rehabilitating vacant rental units and creating safe, affordable housing opportunities in our communities.

✅ Funding available for eligible renovation projects
✅ Single-family rentals, multi-family properties, mixed-use buildings, and more may qualify
✅ Available in select Jefferson County towns, including Alexandria, Cape Vincent, Clayton, LeRay, Orleans, Pamelia, Philadelphia, Theresa, Wilna, and Antwerp
