A deeply humbling milestone: Last week I officially graduated from the New York State Association of REALTORS®️ (NYSAR) 2026 Leadership Academy!! 🎓

Stepping into this program was a serious commitment—involving extensive travel, focused energy, and valuable time away from my family and business. But the return on that investment is immeasurable. 💫

Over the past several months, we dove deep into association governance, explored diverse leadership styles, sharpened our public speaking, and embraced candid confidence coaching. These lessons will shape every step of my volunteer leadership journey for years to come, as well as make me a better broker.

Even greater than the curriculum, though, is the camaraderie. The bonds and friendships forged with my Class 8 peers will outlast any meeting agenda, and I couldn't be prouder to stand alongside this exceptional group of leaders. 🤩 Ready to see where this leadership training takes me in the future!

Serving as the 2026 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Chair at the state real estate association has been an honor and a privilege. 💫 A standout highlight of the week was moderating our panel discussion with some incredible panelists from AREAA, NAREB, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and NAHREP. I thank them for sharing their insight, vulnerability, and actionable roadmaps for meaningful inclusion & belonging. Beyond committee work, staying sharp means never leaving the classroom. 📚 I sat in on sessions tackling upcoming appraisal shifts, evolving legal landscapes, and the emerging intersection of AI and fair housing.
